<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To much properly recommend content based on biological information. <P>SOLUTION: In a client 101, the biological reaction of a user who is viewing content is detected. The biological reaction includes the quantity of hemoglobin contained in blood, the quantity of blood, the quantity of sweat, and pulse or the like. Also, in the client 101, the group of content which is viewed by users who are showing the similar biological reactions is specified by comparing the patterns of the time-series data of the biological reactions to each content. When the recommendation of the content similar to certain content is requested, the other content belonging to the same group as that of the content as a reference is recommended.
