A non-aqueous electrolytic solution battery and a non-aqueous electrolytic solution composition are provided to suppress swelling of a battery in high temperature storage and to maintain discharge retaining rate even in repetitive charging/discharging. A non-aqueous electrolytic solution battery comprises a positive electrode, a negative electrode and electrolyte. The non-aqueous electrolytic solution includes two kinds of halogenated cyclic carbonate including different halogen elements. The halogenated cyclic carbonate is fluorinated cyclic carbonate and chlorinated cyclic carbonate. The mass ratio of the fluorinated cyclic carbonate and the chlorinated cyclic carbonate in non-aqueous electrolytic solution is in 1/1~1/10 range. |
