The present invention relates to a banner pole folding device with a banner pole installed in a street lamp pole and the like and rotated in a vertical or a horizontal direction. In the past, a banner pole is fixated by forming a protrusion or a groove in an inner surface of a supporting member, thereby causing several problems such as a difficult manufacturing process, an increase of manufacturing costs, the unstable fixation of the banner pole due to a gap between the banner pole and the street lamp pole becoming widened in a long-term usage, and noise due to an external force such as wind and the like. To solve these, the present invention provides the banner pole folding device with the banner pole joined inside a supporting unit to enable one end to be able to rotate and the supporting unit fixated to fixing plates fixated to the street lamp pole at a predetermined interval. The banner pole (32) is coupled to the supporting member (31) by a hinge pin (33) to be able to rotate in the vertical or the horizontal direction. Fixing pins having round parts (34a), which are formed on both front ends to be inserted into or separated from horizontal and vertical through-holes (35, 36) horizontally or vertically formed in the supporting member (31), are installed in the banner pole (32) to penetrate through the banner pole (32). Accordingly, the banner pole folding device is easy to manufacture and enables remarkable reduction of manufacturing costs as the holes are formed in a fixing bracket. In addition, the banner pole folding device is stably fixated to the street lamp pole even in a long-term usage and is capable of minimizing noise due to an external force such as wind and the like as the fixing pins are inserted into the through-holes of the fixing bracket and fixated. |
