The wind power plant converts wind energy to rotational energy, which can be picked up at a shaft (24), with a rotor (22), which is located rotationally on the shaft. The rotor is arranged in at least one lower entry opening (20) and an upper outlet opening and with a flow duct (16) defined by a guide wall (14). A flow element (18) with a lower section is arranged in the vicinity of the top outlet opening, which in this region, produces a zone with a pressure lower than atmospheric pressure. The sectioning of the flow guiding element (28) is designed with an aerofoil section. The flow duct is straight and elongated with a vertically aligned longitudinal axis and has an inner nozzle section designed towards the rotor. |
