PURPOSE: A steering column with a link-type lower mounting structure of a vehicle is provided to prevent the strength reduction of the steering column caused according to a telescopic motion by regulating the position of a steering wheel without extending the steering column and to transmit steering force to a steering gear without loss by integrating a steering shaft. CONSTITUTION: A steering column with a link-type lower mounting structure of a vehicle is composed of a steering tube(12) and supported by an upper mounting bracket and a lower mounting bracket(4). Hinge units are disposed at the lower mounting bracket and the steering tube. One end of a link member(9) is hinge-connected to the hinge unit of the lower mounting bracket and the other end is hinge-coupled to the hinge unit of the steering tube. When a driver pulls a steering wheel with unlocking a tilt lever, the link member is rotated and the steering column is moved to the pulling direction to regulate the position of the steering wheel.
