PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To fit a latch easily and efficiently and to improve the fitting workability at a site. SOLUTION: This exterior corner material 10 fitted in the vertical direction along an outside angle has connection sections 11a, 11b to exterior materials of both sides of the outside angle on both side edges. An oblong hole 12 having a cross sectional shape inclined symmetrically with outside angle faces on both sides is formed along the vertical direction, and an opening 13 facing the inside of the outside angle is formed along the vertical direction at the center section of the oblong hole 12. A latch is held in the oblong hole 12 through the opening 13, and the horizontal width (d) of the opening 13 is made wider than the vertical width of the latch on the exterior corner material 10 having the prescribed vertical width at the portion where the latch is held by the exterior corner material 10.
