PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To absorb torque by smoothly deforming springs despite the employment of the long-stroke arcuate springs. SOLUTION: A spring housing 19 receiving the arcuate springs 20 therein is rotatably supported by an output-side boss 15 through an inner-diameter side flange 21a. When the springs 20 are compressed and deformed between input and output members 25, 26, they receive force toward the outer diameter side so as to make contact with the housing 19 at their intermediate portions.
