PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing lithium transition metal phosphate(LMP) is provided to uniform the particle size distribution of nano-scale LMP by maximally mixing reacting materials at a molecular level before a nucleation reaction begins in a reactor. CONSTITUTION: Reacting materials containing lithium, a transition metal, and phosphoric acid are introduced into a reactor and are mixed at a molecular level. A nucleation reaction is generated based on the chemical reaction of the reacting materials in the reactor. The transition metal includes at least one selected from a group including Fe, M, Co, and Ni. The chemical reaction is an acid-base reaction. A time for mixing the reacting materials at the molecular level is shorter than a time for the nucleation reaction. The reactor is high gravity rotating packed-bed reactor(10). |
