This battery pack is provided with: a plurality of sub modules (20a, 20b, 21a, 21b) which respectively have a plurality of battery cells (2) electrically connected to each other; and an exhaust duct (3) which is provided between at least two opposed battery modules facing each other so as to be integrated with said opposed battery modules. The exhaust duct (3) has an exhaust passage (10) therein which communicates with an outer surface of a safety valve (2d) provided in the battery cells in each of the opposed battery modules. Accordingly, the space occupied by the exhaust passage can be reduced to achieve overall miniaturization. |
