PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ink for inkjet recording excellent in continuous discharge property during high speed printing and intermittent discharge property after standing an inkjet head for long time and capable of providing clear image quality less in void on a low absorbance substrate such as a coat paper, an art paper or a soft vinyl chloride.SOLUTION: There is provided an ink for inkjet recording containing a pigment and a water soluble organic solvent, where the water soluble organic solvent contains 1,2-alkylene glycol having the boiling point of 230°C or less and surface tensile of 30 mN/m or less (organic solvent A) and both terminal alkylene glycol having the boiling point of 250°C or less (organic solvent B) and weight ratio of the organic solvent A and the organic solvent B in the ink is 1:1 to 1:6.SELECTED DRAWING: None |
