PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compound body capable of improving the binding force between a body to be cast in and a cast in boy and its production method for the compound body consisting of a body to be cast in having a recessed part on at least part of an outer peripheral face and a cast in body to cast in the body to be cast in. SOLUTION: A boss member 11 consists of a cylindrical tube 12 and a cast in body 13 to cast in the tube 12. Recessed grooves 14 as well as projecting parts 15 are formed on the outer peripheral face of the tube 12. The protrusion lines 16 corresponding to the recessed grooves 14 as well as accommodation grooves 17 are formed. By mutually binding at the state there is no gap between the boss members 11 and the protrusion lines 16, the binding force between the tube 12 of the boss member 11 and the cast in body 13 is increased. Further, by tight fitting among ruggedness of the protrusion part 15, the protrusion line 16 of the cast in body 13 and the ruggedness of the accommodation grooves 17, the binding force of both member is further strengthened.
