PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new low temperature melt-solidifying method of ash dust such as incineration ash and incineration fly ash in which ash dust such as incineration ash of trash and incineration fly ash can be treated at a low cost and also the ash dust such as the incineration ash and incineration fly ash can be made harmless and there is no danger that pollution may occur, and furthermore, initial construction costs can be reduced and maintenance costs are also low and energy conservation can be attained. SOLUTION: In this low temperature melt-solidifying method of ash dust such as incineration ash and incineration fly ash, the incineration ash of trash and low temperature melt-solidifying aggregate formed in lumps by adding bentonite, phosphate base powder or sludge incineration ash and sludge incineration fly ash and glass cullet to the fly ash to knead the mixture and subject it to granulating treatment and drying treatment are melted at the same time in a melting furnace.
