PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radiotherapy apparatus which can perform secure and safe irradiation based on accurate alignment by executing alignment and irradiation in parallel. SOLUTION: This radiotherapy apparatus to perform therapy by exposing an affected part to radiation is equipped with an imaging means (10) to image the affected part, a positioning means (23, 25) to position an irradiation field based on the imaging result obtained by the imaging means (10), and irradiating means (10, 26, 27) to expose the irradiation field positioned by the positioning means (23, 25) to a predetermined dose of radiation for a predetermined time.
