PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve problems in patterning the outer face of a throwaway diaper wherein a printing cost is high if continuous patterns or repetitive patterns are printed on the whole outer sheet, while the alignment of the pattern with the diaper is difficult if a one-point pattern is printed on the outer sheet. SOLUTION: A square pattern sheet 15 formed of a nonwoven fabric is stuck to the inside of the outer sheet of the throwaway diaper 1, and the one-point pattern 17 is printed on the pattern sheet 15. The pattern 17 is visible through the outer sheet. The use of the pattern sheet 15 allows the one-point pattern 17 to be accurately positioned in an optional position of the diaper 1.
