PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To ensure a texture, which is close to a genuine natural stone or brick as near as possible and can not produce by painting, gel-coating or printing, by providing a layer consisting of a resin natural crushed stone particles or crushed brick particles is on at least one side of a fiber reinforced plastic panel. SOLUTION: In a fiber reinforced plastic decorative sheet 1, natural crushed stone particles 3 and a natural crushed stone particle/resin layer 4 are provided on the surface of a FRP panel 2. In this case, the natural crushed stone particle/ resin layer 4 can arrange on both the sides of the FRP panel 2. Further, instead of the natural crushed stone particles 3, crushed brick particles can also be used and, at the same time, the mixed particles of the natural crushed particles 3 and the crushed brick particles can also be employed. As the preferable compounding amount of natural crushed stone particles 3, the weight ratio of the resin to the particle is made to be 10 to 25% to 75 to 90%. In the natural crushed stone particles 3, the preferable compounding amount of the particles having the particle diameter 500μm to below 5 mm and of the ones having the particle diameter 5 mm and below are respectively 20 wt.% to the total amount.
