PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic material oxidation decomposition system which enables a sufficiently high ratio of oxidative decomposition to be obtained and which wet-oxidizes organic materials in a liquid to make them harmless effectively. SOLUTION: An organic material oxidation decomposition system 1, supplying a gas containing oxygen to a liquid containing organic materials and wet-oxidizes the organic materials to make them harmless, is provided with a gas-liquid mixing means 11 and includes a first oxidation reactor 10 which oxidizes and decomposes the organic materials under high temperature and high pressure and a second oxidation reactor 30 consisting of a fixed bed catalyst reactor which oxidizes and decomposes the organic materials exhausted form the first oxidation reactor 10 under high temperature and high pressure.
