Provided are a method, apparatus and system for announcing a UIN tunnel state. The method comprises: an IP controller sending, to an optical controller, a UNI tunnel state request message for requesting the optical controller to send information about a changed second state of the UNI tunnel; and when a state of the UNI tunnel changes from a first state to the second state, the optical controller sending, to the IP controller, the information about the changed second state of the UNI tunnel, wherein the IP controller may timely update the information about the changed second state of the UNI tunnel, and the IP controller may learn the updated state of the UNI tunnel, and then, when calculating a transmission path of a service data stream, the IP controller may learn accessibility of a VNT link bound to the UNI tunnel, delete inaccessible VNT links, and the transmission path of the service data stream, which is obtained by means of calculation, is available. The complexity for the IP controller to calculate a transmission path of a service data stream is reduced, and the time for calculating the transmission path of the service data stream is shortened. |
