<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an advertisement medium manufacturing system which can perform a small lot production, manufacture a prepaid card even by a small cost, and also, quickly rewrite advertisement information, and quickly reflect the intention of the advertiser on the prepaid card, and to provide the prepaid card for advertisement which is manufactured by this manufacturing system. <P>SOLUTION: This advertisement medium manufacturing system is equipped with an inputting means, a converting means, and a printing means. In this case, the inputting means inputs the advertisement information of the advertiser. The converting means converts the advertisement information into a specified mode.
