PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify the structure by connecting first and second friction wheels to both side wheels, respectively, transmitting the respective powers to the first and second horizontal transmission wheels of a differential speed transmission device through endless transmission bands, and nipping a satellite transmission wheel set between the horizontal transmission wheels, and connecting a direction indicating bar onto its wheel set. SOLUTION: First and second friction wheels 20, 21 are concentrically connected to both side wheels 11, 12, respectively, and their powers are transmitted to the first and horizontal transmission wheels 31, 32 of a differential speed transmission device 30 by first and second endless transmission bands 13, 14. Concentric satellite transmission wheel sets 33, 34 are closely nipped between the two horizontal transmission wheels 31, 32 in friction gearing manner, and a direction indicating bar 41 is connected onto its wheel set 35. According to this structure, the mechanism is simplified, gearing is dispensed with, the manufacture is facilitated without requiring any precise industrial technique, and the cost is reduced. The deviation ratio of direction indication caused by high frequency of gearing can be reduced, and the preciseness of direction indication can be enhanced.
