<p>Counterbalances (1.1) support a poster (0.1) in an upright condition and suppresses shifting of the poster against wind forces. Towing points (2) are located around the poster to facilitate conveyance e.g. by crane. Rubberized legs for height or surface adjustment are provided on both sides of the poster lower part.</p>
