The present invention relates to a cool storage type refrigerating device using cooling energy and, more specifically, to a cool storage type refrigerating device using cooling energy, capable of discharging gas passing through an inner chamber through a pipe body to the outside by cooling a liquid refrigerant filling the inner chamber of the device in night time when there is a surplus of electricity. According to the present invention, the cool storage type refrigerating device comprises: a box type housing; the pipe body controlling injection and flow of a fluid and discharge flow of the fluid cooled while flowing, wherein the pipe body is installed in the housing; and a cooler cooling an inner space of the housing in order for the fluid flowing in a path of the pipe body by being installed in the housing. The housing has the multiple inner spaces divided into: the inner chamber filled with a liquid refrigerant which can be cooled by the cooler; and an outer chamber in which a heat insulation material is installed to maintain temperature of the inner chamber. A fixing frame for supporting and connecting an evaporator included in the cooler is installed on the inner side of the inner chamber. |
