The present invention provides a display device integrated with a touch screen panel, which includes a display panel, a touch integration circuit, and a gate driving part. The display panel includes a first substrate including at least two pixels defined by data lines extending in a first direction and gate lines extending in a second direction, and at least two touch electrodes in which first common electrodes located at an edge of each pixel are grouped in the first direction if an image is output to a front surface, and a second substrate including a second common electrode if the image is output to a rear surface. The touch integration circuit applies a touch driving signal to the gate line if a driving mode is a touch driving mode, and performs touch sensing through a touch electrode. The data driving unit supplies data voltage to the multiple data lines if the driving mode is a display driving mode. The gate driving unit sequentially supplies a scan signal to the multiple gate lines if the driving mode is a display driving mode. If the driving mode is the touch driving mode, common voltage is applied to the first common electrodes included in the touch electrode. As described above, according to the present invention, an in-cell touch is allowed without shielding a touch signal. |
