PURPOSE: A pharmaceutical composition containing carbamoyloxy arylalkanoyl arylpiperazine compounds is provided to prevent to treat diabetic nephropathy, diabetic neuropathy, hyperlipidemia, or inflammation. CONSTITUTION: A pharmaceutical composition for preventing or treating diseases contains compounds of chemical formula I; pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, isomer, solvate, hydrate, or mixture thereof; and pharmaceutically acceptable carrier. The diseases are diabetic neuropathy, diabetic vascular complication, hyperlipidemia, or inflammation. The pharmaceutical composition is administered by suppository, spray, ointment, cream, gel, or patch.
