The present invention relates to a mechanical pencil cap having a touch pen tip use and a pencil lead sharpening use, and a mechanical pencil having the same. The present invention comprises: a front fixing end (11b) for a touch pen tip, which is a groove having a cone shape of which an end portion is cut; and a pencil lead sharpening end (11c) formed at the side opposite to the side, at which the front fixing end (11b) for the touch pen tip is formed, in a structure in which the pencil lead sharpening end is connected to the touch pen tip (11f) formed to encompass the outer peripheral surface of a touch pen tip fixing member (11e). Accordingly, the present invention has an effect of simultaneously providing: a touch input to a mobile terminal such as a smart phone and a smart pad, which are provided with a touch screen having a capacitive touch input mode; and a function of enabling the pencil lead to be sharpened so as to be pointed and convenient to use without separating the pencil lead from the pencil, the pencil lead being used by being inserted into an inner pencil lead insertion cylinder and projected forward. |
