PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical waveguide module capable of easily and accurately coupling an optical element with an optical waveguide and performing high quality and stable optical communication, a method for manufacturing an optical waveguide module capable of efficiently manufacturing such the optical waveguide module and a highly reliable electronic apparatus equipped with the optical waveguide module.SOLUTION: An optical waveguide module 10 comprises: an optical waveguide 1; a circuit board 2 provided above the optical waveguide; a light emitting element 3 mounted on the circuit board 2; a transparent light transmitting part 61 disposed in a gap between the circuit board 2 and the light emitting element 3; and an element mounting part 6 which is integrally formed with the light transmitting part 61 and equipped with an abutting part 6 abutting on an outer edge of the body of the light emitting element 3. The position of the light emitting element 3 is accurately regulated by allowing the outer edge of the body of the light emitting element 3 to abut against the abutting part 62. |
