<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel cell electric power generation system capable of further miniaturization even though only a hydrogen storage device using a hydrogen occlusion alloy is used as a hydrogen supply source. <P>SOLUTION: A fuel cell electric power generation system 1 has a fuel cell 2 and a fuel cell support unit 3 formed as a separate body from the fuel cell 2. The fuel cell 2 comprises: a hydrogen storage unit 11 using a hydrogen storage alloy; a fuel cell stack 12 which performs power generation using hydrogen stored in the hydrogen storage device 11; a cooling unit 13 which recovers heat generated by the fuel cell stack 12; and a heat transfer unit 14 which transmits waste heat of the cooling device 13 to the hydrogen storage alloy. The fuel cell support unit 3 comprises a heat energy supplier 41 for supplying heat energy to the heat transfer unit 14. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
