PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a speaker device easy to form into a lower profile, and to provide electric equipment and its manufacturing method. SOLUTION: The speaker device comprises a magnet body 210, an outside yoke 230 magnetically connected to one magnetic pole of the magnet body 210, a vibration plate 400 having a vibration portion 410, an edge portion 430 and a rising portion 420 arranged between the vibration portion 410 and the edge portion 430, a magnetic substance 300 magnetically connected to the outside yoke 230 in opposition to the magnet body 210, and a voice coil 500 wound on the rising portion 420. The magnetic substance 300 has an inner cylinder portion 330, an outer cylinder portion 310, and a bridge portion 320. The inner cylinder portion 330 is shaped to extending from the bridge portion 320 along the rising portion 420. The vibration portion 410 is arranged inside thereof.
