Disclosed are a karaoke processing method, apparatus and system, which can implement karaoke experience of singing together with a star. The method of the present invention comprises: a server acquires an accompaniment audio file, an original audio file and a lyric file of a song, the lyric file comprising time information used for identifying lyric display time; the server divides the lyric file to obtain a first lyric portion and a second lyric portion, and generates lyric division information; the server generates a target audio file, the target audio file being obtained by outputting the accompaniment audio file in a display time corresponding to the first lyric portion and outputting the original audio file in a display time of the second lyric portion; and after receiving a karaoke request sent by a client, the server sends the target audio file and the lyric division information to the client, so that the client uses the target audio file as an accompaniment audio and provides karaoke service to a user according to the lyric division information.
