PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide technology that allows persons waiting for cancellations to be notified of the effect that reservations of conference rooms are cancelled.SOLUTION: A conference room reservation management system 10 includes a conference room reservation system 200, and a user terminal 300 to be connected to the conference room reservation system 200 via a network, in which, when the conference room is already reserved, the user terminal 300 receives an input of cancel waiting information containing information for identifying a conference room and a cancellation waiting date/time. The conference room reservation system 200 includes a message notification unit 220 that, when the conference room to be identified from the cancellation waiting information is released, transmits a message indicative of the conference room being released to the user terminal 300 receiving an input of the cancellation waiting information.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
