PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a powdery flocculant-dissolving device which keeps a water level of a dissolving tank constant and prevents a powdery flocculant from lumping to efficiently dissolve it. SOLUTION: In the flocculant-dissolving device, a partition plate 2 for keeping a water level is provided in the inner part of a dissolving tank 1 to keep a prescribed water level, and a stirring machine 3 is provided on the prescribed water level keeping side, and a powdery flocculant prescribed quantity feeding device 4 and a pressured water feeding pipe 5 are provided on the upper plate 1' of the dissolving tank 1. Further, a prescribed-quantity-of-powder feeding hole 7 for the flocculant 6 is made in the upper plate 1', and the downward water feeding nozzle 5' of the water feeding pipe 5 is arranged in the vicinity of the powder feeding hole 7, and the lower-end jetting hole 5'' of the nozzle 5' is provided in the vicinity of the prescribed water level.
