An anti-static packing box for glasses of a liquid crystal display and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to restrain scratches and pollution caused by fine dust on the surface of the glass in transferring, loading, and storing the display glasses, by antistatically treating inner and outer layers and to reinforce shock resistance. An anti-static packing box(1) for glasses of a liquid crystal display is composed of an outer layer(24) of a polystyrene, polyolefin, or polyester polymer resin foam box and an inner layer(22) of an antistatically treated foam, sheet, or film. The inner layer has a corrugated groove for supporting the glass of the liquid crystal display. The corrugated grooves are formed on at least two surfaces of the inner layer.
