<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide hydrogen manufacturing equipment which can considerably reduce manufacturing costs by reducing the time required from unloading to availability as hydrogen. <P>SOLUTION: A material storage part 12, a hydrogen manufacturing part 14, and a hydrogen storage part 16 of the hydrogen manufacturing equipment are provided to a hull 10 which can sail. The material storage part 12 stores a resource material which becomes a material or energy sources, and the hydrogen manufacturing part 14 manufactures hydrogen by using the resource material stored in the storage part 12. Then the hydrogen storage part 16 stores the manufactured hydrogen.
