<p>The device (100) has a valve body (110) with a fluid flow duct (111) comprising a throttle element (120) forming an internal cavity (123) defined by a circular wall. An opening (125) defines a fluid flow passage in the duct and co-operates with the duct completely. An annular sealing gasket (130) is placed in the flow duct, where the internal cavity of the throttle element is spherical in shape such that the valve is in a fully-closed position, and the entire circumference of the sealing gasket is in contact with the wall of the internal cavity of the throttle element.</p> |
