The ring structure B represents a cyclic substituent having Q that forms a coordination bond with Pt, where Q is a carbon atom, a nitrogen atom, or a phosphorous atom. X1 represents a monovalent-bidentate ligand, and X2 represents a divalent-bidentate ligand.
