<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bill processing apparatus in which bill processing efficiency can be improved, occurrence of a counting error can be suppressed and further, an operator can recognize, in a distinguishable manner, the numbers of bills stacked in a stack part and a reject part during count processing under a normal mode. <P>SOLUTION: When identifying bills stacked in a reject part 40 again after feeding all bills taken from a placing part 14 through a feed-out part 16 into a housing 12 under a normal mode to a stack part 30 or the reject part 40, the normal mode is switched to a specific mode by mode switching means 66. When the specific mode is set by the mode switching means 66, bills are identified while omitting at least one of identification elements in an identifiable counting part 20. Furthermore, a count result of bills under the normal mode and a count result of bills under the specific mode are displayed in a distinguishable manner on a display part 62a of an operation display section 62. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
