PURPOSE: A steel plate painting method is provided to reduce painting cost by simplifying painting apparatus. CONSTITUTION: A steel plate painting method comprises next steps: primary painting on one part of the steel plate with high viscosity paint while moving the steel plate(1) to a specific direction; secondary painting the first painted part using a secondary paint tool(20); integrated drying the primary and secondary pained parts using a thermal dryer(30); and integrated cooling the dried site using a cooling device. A drying temperature of the thermal dryer is 300-350 deg. Celsius. A transition speed of the steel plate is 30-100m/min. The primary and the secondary painting tool are selected from a roll type, slot dye type, and a spray type.
