PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the constructing property by excavating a ring-like groove by use of a pile having a bit at the tip, supplying a fluid into the pile, and discharging slime from the outer side of the pile. SOLUTION: In construction, a pile 1 is set on a bedrock G, a rotating machine 6 having a gripper 3 and a packer 4 mounted on the lower part of a pipe 5 is lowered along a leader 9, and the gripper 3 and the packer 4 are pressed into the pile 1. The inner periphery of the pile 1 is gripped by the gripper 3, and also sealed by the packer 4. The pipe 5 is rotated by the rotating machine 6, the bedrock G is excavated in a ring form by the bit 2 at the tip of the pile 1, and water is injected into the pile 1 through a hose 8 and discharged together with slime onto the bedrock from the pile inner space through the bit 2 and the pile outside space 1. The water injection is stopped near in a prescribed depth to perform the excavation, and the bit 2 is seizured to adhere the pile 1 to the bedrock G. According to this, since inner excavation is dispensed with, the construction can be performed in a short time, and the slime can be easily discharged.
