PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication apparatus enabling a user to easily perform APN settings, a communication method, and a communication program.SOLUTION: A storage unit 12 stores a source-by-source setting information registration table in which setting information is registered by source of a mobile body communication service. A control unit 16 reads setting information from the source-by-source setting information registration table of the storage unit 12 on the basis of identification information stored in a storage medium mounted to a holding unit 11.
