PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polyamide synthetic fiber treatment agent effectively preventing yellow discoloration due to high temperature processing of a polyamide synthetic fiber and adding excellent dyeability to the polyamide synthetic fiber and a treatment method of the polyamide synthetic fiber using the treatment agent.SOLUTION: As a polyamide synthetic fiber treatment agent, used is one containing a smoothing agent, a nonionic surfactant, an organophosphate compound and an imidazoline type ampholytic surfactant at a specific ratio, where the organophosphate compound contains a specific organophosphate compound A and a specific organophosphate compound B, with a content of the specific organophosphate compound A being higher than that of the specific organophosphate compound B.SELECTED DRAWING: None
