PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric power controller capable of performing on-demand control of electric power to prevent deterioration in an environment aspect while satisfying demand response requests.SOLUTION: The electric power controller unit includes: a unit for receiving a request for reducing a power consumption at the electric power demand side and a server. The server is configured to control an apparatus which consumes the electric power based on the electric power consumption amount responding the reduction request; to set the priority in the conditions for executing the consumption reduction control; to execute the consumption reduction control in order from the higher priority; and to terminate the consumption reduction control at a point when the electric power consumption amount in the reduction request has been fulfilled.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
