PURPOSE: A thermal container with a heating device is provided, which can keep warm for a long time and be used for heating, as well as keeping warmth by providing the heating device being actuated optionally. CONSTITUTION: A thermal container for keeping warmth comprises a body (10) for receiving contents which is treated with an adiabatic material such as a foamed styrofoam or a vacuum wall ; and a heating device (20) equipped in the body (10) and actuated optionally. A heat storage material (30) having high specific heat is placed between the body and the heating device. When a typical fuel requiring the supply of oxygen is used, the body (10) comprises an inhalant port (12) and an exhaust port (14) to allow the inflow and outflow of air.
