PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable suppression of thermal conductivity while using metal foil such as aluminum foil in a barrier layer.SOLUTION: A sheath material for a vacuum heat insulation material includes a laminate having a barrier layer 2 in an intermediate layer and has interlayers thereof bonded. The barrier layer 2 is composed of aluminum foil. An adhesive agent bonding at least one interlayer of the interlayers includes an isocyanate skeleton. An adhesive layer 5b by the adhesive agent includes air bubbles.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
