PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fixture which enables easy attachment to a support rod of a headrest and can be used with various vehicle models.SOLUTION: A projection plate 21a is provided with an elongated hole 21c elongated in a protruding direction of an arm 21. Projections 21d elongated in the protruding direction are provided on outer surfaces of side plates 21b. Each engagement body 22 has a hook part 23, and the hook part 23 has a protruding part 24 which extends on one end surface of a connection plate 23b, that is, one end of the hook part 23. A screw hole 24a is provided in an extending direction at the protruding part 24. Further, the engagement body 22 has a screw 25 which is screwed into the screw hole 24a of the protruding part 24.
