PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce communication delay.SOLUTION: In a first state, a small base station 120 transmits data to a terminal 101. In the first state, the terminal 101 receives the data transmitted by the small base station 120 and transmits a response signal to the received data to a macro base station 110. In the first state, the macro base station 110 transfers the response signal transmitted by the terminal 101 to the small base station 120. At least one of the macro base station 110 and the small base station 120 performs control to switch from the first state to a second state in which the small base station 120 transmits data to the terminal 101, and the terminal 101 transmits a response signal to the small base station 120 on the basis of at least one of transmission delay between the macro base station 110 and the small base station 120, and a type of communication for data.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
