PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a screen circulating dust eliminator capable of removing foreign matters on the screen while reducing running costs and facilitating maintenance without using clean water and/or sewage. SOLUTION: Foreign matters in water is trapped by a circulating screen 1 and the trapped foreign matters are taken into a chute 4 on the water.
