PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress a decline in the degree of vacuum even when a core material is constituted of a resin fiber.SOLUTION: A vacuum heat insulation panel includes: a core material comprising the resin fiber; and a low-molecular adsorbent added to the core material to adsorb a low molecule derived from the resin fiber. The core material has a groove part to provide a small-addition amount region where an addition amount of the low-molecular adsorbent is reduced relative to the other regions in a prescribed region including the groove part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
