An earpiece for auditory testing. The earpiece includes a baffle and an enclosure defining a chamber. The earpiece is sized to fit over the pinna of a patient and to secure and seal to the patient's head. The baffle is designed to provide flexibility to ensure a proper fit and seal of the earpiece to the patient and to provide sufficient volume within the chamber to not interfere with the pinna. The earpiece may be of single piece or multiple piece construction.
