PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a make-up composition which has a wide spreading property during application to skin, gives make-up capable of effectively covering skin color defects with an effect free from (masking), and is used for the skin in a powder form. SOLUTION: This powder form anhydrous cosmetic composition comprising at least one powder phase and a fat-binding layer, wherein the powder phase comprises (i) at least one pigment in an amount of 30 to 70 wt.% based on the total weight of the composition and (ii) at least one kind of lamellar-like particles in an amount of 30 to 70 wt.% based on the total amount of the composition. A method for making up skin comprises applying the composition, and its use for producing a make-up capable of covering a skin color defect and simultaneously a natural healthy appearance to the made-up skin.
