PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic/inorganic hybrid solar cell having a low resistance value and high photoelectric conversion efficiency.SOLUTION: The organic/inorganic hybrid solar cell includes: a glass substrate; and a photoelectric conversion layer containing an organic/inorganic perovskite compound represented by the general formula R-M-X(R is an organic molecule, M is a metal atom, and X is a halogen atom or chalcogen atom.)
