PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a print control program configured to efficiently execute processing of analyzing whether a posted file can be converted to variable print data or not.SOLUTION: A print control program running on a print control apparatus which outputs print data based on a document file to an image processing apparatus having RIP function, causes the print control apparatus to execute: file structure analysis processing of analyzing a file structure for classifying a document file into a fixed data part and a variable data part; data conversion processing of converting the document file to variable print data, on the basis of a result of analyzing the file structure; and output processing of outputting the variable print data to the image processing apparatus when the analysis of the file structure is completed, or outputting the document file to the image processing apparatus when the analysis of the file structure is not completed. The file structure analysis processing calculates remaining analysis time and RIP time to be compared with each other (S103), and terminates analyzing the file structure incompletely when the RIP time is shorter (S105).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 8 |
